7digital have negotiated international agreements with all the leading record labels, including Warner Music Group, Universal Music Group, EMI and Sony Music, to be able to provide youaccess to a an extensive and versatile catalogue of music tracks,covering not only the latest releases and hits, but also across anextensive range of musical genres.
Content is managed in-house and is updated on a daily basis; the catalogue is constantly growing – at current growth rates we estimate the catalogue will exceed 8.5m tracks by the end of 2009. Between 50,000 and 100,000 tracks are being processed weekly.
Where possible 7digital ensures content is added up to 6 weeks ahead of release date, to allow customers to preview and pre-order new material, and then download on release.
