Internship Scheme FAQ's
7digital offer an internship scheme to individuals wishing to gain experience in the digital music industry. Whether you have previous experience or not, opportunities with 7digital will allow you to develop your skills in this rapidly changing and exciting environment.
You will be working closely with department heads on real projects where you will see the immediate results and difference your work and contribution makes.
As standard our internship schemes are normally voluntary. However, we do offer occasional paid placements dependent on candidate and company requirements at the time of application.
For all unpaid voluntary placements we offer reimbursement of local travel expenses* and reimbursement for lunch costs up to £5 per day.
Please also note that in certain circumstances, where contribution to the business has been significant, a stipend may also be paid at the end of the placement.
We are very flexible in our approach to interns and do not work to specific timeframes. We look at each application on a case by case basis so please feel free to specify exactly what you require from a placement and what you wish to get out of your time with us. We will do our best to try and accommodate you.
This scheme is extremely popular, so unfortunately it is not always possible to respond to each application. Therefore if you have not had a reply within 4 weeks of applying please assume you have been unsuccessful on this occasion.
Requirements: We are looking for hard-working and fun individuals, who have a willingness to learn and an ability to multitask. Good PC skills are a must and previous experience is an advantage. Above all, we're seeking a passion for all things digital.
* travel expenses will be refunded up to and including London Zones 1-6
