We're a relatively small team of enthusiastic developers who enjoy what we do. XP practices such as Test Driven Development and Pair Programming are well embedded here; we see the value in Continuous Integration and are striving to move more towards Continuous Deployment. Automated Acceptance Testing is something that is growing more common too and, with the help of our Development Manager, we’re spreading this knowledge and understanding to the rest of the business. We’ve even showed off our processes at events like XPDay 2010 where we got some great feedback.

We work hard to produce quality code and want to deliver value to our business; if that’s your thing too, then you might just be who we’re looking for.

Whilst the role would predominantly involve you working with C#, we use other languages where appropriate (including Ruby), so it’s difficult to a list a specific set of skills that we’re looking for. We are certainly looking for people who have a strong desire to learn; those that are willing to pick up a new language and those that have an excellent appreciation of OO and a static language. If you’re interested in things like Kanban and Lean, there’s definitely an opportunity for you to have your say in how your team is working too.
